What is Qi Gong?
It is a series of moving meditations to help you open up your river pathways or meridian to create balance in your body, mind and spirit.

Qi gong gives you access to improved health, including better breathing, stronger immune system, relaxed nervous system and so much more.

Who is this for? The simple answer is everyone. The mindful movements are very simple and easy to follow. Qi Gong can be done sitting, standing and even lying down.

I chose to emphasize a focus on gentle breathing techniques and opening the body to release tension in the body. Once the nervous system through these techniques
