FLC Seniors Tuesday 9:30 and 10:45, Wednesday(Zoom) and Thursday 9:30 and 10:45 classes begin the week of September 12, 2023. Most of the classes are full, though I do believe they have a waitlist.
If you are 55 and wiser, you can join this wonderful organization for just $15.00/year. Please see www.flcseniors.ca for more information on our Qi Gong classes and many other classes they offer.

Qi Gong in Lakeview ~ next series begins Monday Sept 11 - Dec 18, 7-8:30pm.
This is now open for registration. 15 classes in total. $315.00 inc gst.
These classes are a deeper dive into yourself through Qi Gong.

Yoga in Lakeview
Wednesday evening September 13 - October 25, 6:30-8:00pm 7 classes $147.00 inc gst.
These classes include breath work, very gentle yoga postures and meditation. No experience necessary.
