I have deep desire to develop more community and connection which is what we need now more than ever. To each other and ourselves.
Since enjoying learning, I found myself over the years studying alternative medicine, Yoga, walking in nature, Sound, Healing Touch for Animals, Reiki, Tai Chi, Qi-Gong, and Breathwork.
I have been studying Yoga for over 30 years and Qi Gong over a decade now. I continue to study both traditions. My students are my best teachers and I continue to learn and grow with them.
The last decade I have been teaching a variety of meditation classes including Qi Gong and Yoga in Calgary and on Zoom.
